Order Tracking Reminder:

Please note that not all parcels update their tracking info in real time—especially during periods of widespread lockdowns and quarantines, which can slow down postal services and cause delays. We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your patience.
If you placed your order just a couple of days ago, it might take some time for the tracking information to appear. This doesn’t mean there’s a problem or that your order hasn’t shipped. We use a third-party tracking system, and sometimes shipping details take a few days to show up online. Rest assured, your package is on its way!
